Originated, built, and shipped a private, local AI system that powers data-driven acquisition decisions in a commercial niche where the candidates are known, finite, and enumerable. It runs at near-zero marginal cost per query.

Initiated and led a Product Innovation initiative, building a 35-invention Applied AI portfolio (22 patents filed as first-named inventor, 13 in development) as a managed R&D product, owning its backlog, strategy, and Kanban-driven invention flow. The inventions span 8 domains: Security, Privacy, Resilience, Efficiency, Accessibility, Personalization, Automation, and Agent-Native SDLC.

Core developer on Dell's commercial Hybrid AI platform.

I was the sole engineer for 6 OpenAI compatible APIs and inference services spanning two silicon vendors, including the platform's default conversational services (SLM and ASR), which were, at release, the most performant Dell services for those targets.

The product was featured at CES and Dell Technologies World and ships to all Dell AI PC customers.

Contributed to a commercial Applied AI application for desktop that dynamically tunes PC performance, including application responsiveness, battery, audio, network, and presence-based security. The scope included a complete redesign of an existing application. The redesigned product was featured at CES and Dell Technologies World and ships to Dell PC customers.

Designed and developed 3 full-stack modules comprising of 6 .NET APIs and 2 React front-ends, with 3 APIs also being consumed by other Scrum teams. The modules met non-functional requirements across automation, security, accessibility, observability, secret management, and performance.

These modules retired their legacy counterparts, delivering significant gains in performance and user experience while automating repetitive processes and reducing cognitive load.
